The Lintel Trust is offering Small Grant Fund Programme to help people to maintain their tenancies, improve their lives and engage and participate fully in community life.
Objectives
Reducing social inclusion in housing communities,
Improving well-being in housing communities,
Assisting people moving from homelessness into a secure tenancy,
Enhancing community capacity,
Promoting digital participation for housing communities,
Enabling older people to remain independent and in their own home.
Funding Information
You can apply for either £500 or £1,000 grant, which is to be used within a 12-month period from the date of award.
Eligibility Criteria
Registered Charities, voluntary organisations, and community groups with a close link to a housing association, housing co-operative or other social housing provider such as local authority who have a turnover of less than £500000 per year.
Only organisations operating in Scotland are eligible to apply.
Ineligibility Criteria
Although they recognise the value of the following, they are unable to provide funding for:
Funding for an individual
Funding to cover staff salaries
Capital projects or contributions towards capital projects including building refurbishment
Vehicles
General national appeals
Holidays or provision of respite care
Project costs that have already been incurred (retrospective funding)
