General job description:
The Business Analyst provides support to Plan International Niger's operations through the review of financial reports and the analysis of financial data and practices to ensure cost optimization.
He/she carries out the effective implementation of cost recovery measures in accordance with the Operations Manual and other approved policies and procedures of the organization. He :
Main responsibilities :
The Business Analyst will have the following main responsibilities:
Ensure optimization of financial resources through a cost recovery system
Implement internal financial mechanisms to support effective management of resources.
Prepare Monthly Financial Performance Reports for Plan International Niger Management
Contribution to team performance
Child and Youth Safeguarding Implementation
Ensure that Plan International's global policies for safeguarding children and young people and those on gender equality and inclusion are fully integrated in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy, including the standards and guidelines of implementation applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that staff and associates know and understand their responsibilities under these policies and the Plan International Code of Conduct, their relevance to their area of work, and that Concerns are reported and managed in accordance with appropriate procedures:
