As the Business Analyst for HR Information Systems (HRIS), internally referred to as Analyst/Officer Business Support for IT Applications, you will join a diverse and cohesive team of business analysts and system experts responsible for EIB Group’s HRIS.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future digital experience of EIB Group’s large community of users as part of the EIB Group’s Digital Transformation Program. You will be responsible for business analysis, data management and user support activities for HRIS, working in collaboration with other internal business lines such as HR, IT, user representatives, as well as external software providers, in order to ensure the successful achievement of the expected business benefits.
The role requires business analysis skills, knowledge in the field of HR Technology, and a good understanding of HR processes.
Operating Network:
The Business Support Analyst for HRIS reports to the Head of Unit and works in collaboration with other teams within the Division, EIB Group’s HRIS users mainly within HR, IT (for technical aspects) as well as coordination teams across other business lines within the Group.
