Danish Refugee Council, one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a highly qualified HR and Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic multi-national support team for DRC Libya Operations Coordination Office. You will work directly for the Head of Support Services and have a wide ranging scope of work that will be challenging, interesting, and rewarding. The post provides opportunity for travel to our offices in Tripoli and Benghazi to provide support and training when needed.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Performance, Well-Being, Compensations & Benefits
Ensure staff are compensated in a timely fashion and in accordance with DRC salary scale and Benefits package. Implement DRC Well-Being policy and support Code of Conduct and PSEA initiatives.
Human Resources Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Administration and other tasks

About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of working with a similar organisation or in an international context. You must be dynamic, flexible, solutions orientated, work under pressure and bring a ’can do’ attitude to the table. You will need to be highly organised and be able to multi-task while ensuring priorities are identified and deadlines met. Proficiency in ERP platforms, payroll systems and other similar software solutions is a must You will need to be able to speak and work in English at a high level and be able to adapt quickly while working in both Tunisia and Libya contexts.
