The purpose of the position is to ensure the management, coordination and execution of all monitoring, evaluation and research activities on the project " Empowerment of Girls and Young Women for Citizen Engagement in Togo" . Girls Lead'
Extent Of Powers
He/she works under the supervision of the Director of the Project "Empowerment of Girls and Young Women for Citizen Engagement in Togo", 'Girls Lead' , collaborates with his colleagues in the project and the MER team, the monitoring managers- evaluation of partner and state structures as well as with internal and external consultants;
He/she collects, consolidates and analyzes data and information in accordance with the research monitoring and evaluation framework and produces periodic reports on the project situation.
He/she supports the Project Director in project management, in the project module and through SAP.

Problem Resolution
The Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer works under the hierarchical supervision of the Project Director and the Technical Manager of the MER. He/she can take initiatives for the resolution of technical problems within his/her area of responsibility. He/she refers to the Project Director to decide on matters having a financial impact.
Ensures that Plan International's global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International's Code of Conduct (CoC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
