  • A Master’s degree in a discipline related to animal health or agriculture. 
  • English and French intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in livestock/animal health research.  
  • An in-depth understanding of gender and women’s empowerment.  
  • A strong experience and expertise in program monitoring, evaluation and learning. 
  • An enhanced knowledge of animal vaccine value chain, commercialization of vaccine or agricultural innovation and related impacts to agriculture.  

You are:

  • Able to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment. 
  • A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.  
  • Qualified to establish, manage, and monitor relationships with diverse and experienced stakeholders.  

You are interested in:

  • Contributing to the on-going improvement of research uptake as it relates to animal vaccination within Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC’s).   
  • Contributing to the animal health monitoring, evaluation and learning plan. 
  • Contributing to the improvement of women’s smallholder's livelihood. 
  • Contributing to the support of research project closing processes.   
  • Participating in the assistance of multiple on-going projects initiatives within the Climate-Resilient Food Systems (CRFS) program. 
  • Providing logistical expertise to project partners, external researchers, or consultants.  
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.
