A type of scholarship, the Australia Awards provide long-term financial support to students from Indo-Pacific countries to help them pursue higher education and research in Australia.Programs at the undergraduate or graduate levels that are relevant to the development priorities mentioned for your country on the profiles of the participating countries.Training in fields connected to flying aircraft, nuclear technologies, or military training is not eligible for Australia Awards.

Eligibility:

• Nationality: You must be from the eligible country list.
• Candidate must not currently, serving in the military
• Completing the conditions for admission to the selected Australian institution
• Age: Over 18 years
• Not be requesting a scholarship for a program of study that would require lower education than what has previously been obtained
• Proficiency in English language
• Scholars are required to leave Australia for a minimum of two years after completing their scholarship. Failure to do so will result in the scholar incurring a debt for the total accrued cost of their scholarship

Following steps involved in the Australian Awards Scholarships

• Step 1: To determine your eligibility for the award, select your home country and award type.
• Step 2: Examine the course eligibility requirements when eligibility has been determined.
• Step 3: Register and finish the online Australian Awards application.

• Graduation marksheets & degrees
• Formal academic transcripts
• Citizenship document’s certified copy
• At least one academic referee report and one other referee report are required
• Updated Resume
• IELTS or TOEFL score
