Details:

The University of Sydney invites international candidates who are eligible to undertake a Postgraduate Research Degree or master by Research program. The objective is to attract top-quality international postgraduate students to undertake research projects which will enhance the University’s research activities.

Eligibility:

  • Education: Hold an honours degree (first or 2nd class upper) or master’s degree in a related field with a substantial research component.
  • Willing to conduct projects within the Solar Research Group.
  • Academic Achievement: Degree with first-class or second-class upper.
  • have an unconditional offer of admission or be enrolled in a full-time Masters by Research or PhD at the Faculty of Science

Application and Selection Procedure:

Applicants are assessed based on a combination of, if applicable:

  • Undergraduate degree, i.e. UG WAM,
  • First class honours result (Honours 1 or H1),
  • First class honours equivalent degree (H1E),
  • Master by Research Degree,
  • The world rankings of the institution that conferred the qualification above, and Research experience.
