Data Integration Analyst

The Data Integration Analyst works closely with the Business Analysts within the Business Strategy Team. They collaborate closely with other key technical stakeholders such as the SPINCO Technical Team, responsible for development and maintenance of SPINCO systems, OC and ESC Technical and/or Data Analysis Teams, responsible for development and maintenance of their respective systems and integrations. They collaborate closely with business stakeholders who use the systems to support their work with data and evidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and share integration and data analysis requirements .
  • Analyze existing or planned systems, processes, and workflows to identify integration and data optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate on and monitor data integration projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. 
  • Document integration processes, data mappings, and system dependencies.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of integration-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
  • Work closely with developers, database administrators, and product teams to validate integration logic and performance.
  • Perform data analysis on internal and integrated datasets to identify trends, anomalies and quality issues, and create actionable recommendations. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of integration documentation, data dictionaries, and change logs. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on integration status, risks, and analytical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in systems integration, data analysis, or project coordination are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years working in positions with similar scope of work.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • English language proficiency is essential, French, Spanish, Arabic and other languages are a plus.
