This Scholarships offered more than $2 million dollars in university graduate fellowships each year to fulltime graduate students(Masters and PhD) to recognize academic excellence. it is provide to students who have demonstrated superior intellectual ability and academic accomplishment.

Eligibility:

• Nationality: Citizen of eligible countries
• Education: Must have completed an undergraduate degree
• Minimum admission GPA of 3.0
• Some departments may have a higher GPA requirement.
• Secured admission at the University of Manitoba in a full-time master's Ph.D. program.

 

Application and Selection Procedure:

Applications can be submitted online at the scholarship portal.

• The department will nominate the recipients, for the University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship. However, students must try and convince their department head as to how this fellowship will help them pursue higher education in Canada.
• Once the nominations are sent to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the established committee conducts its own evaluation process. The University of Graduate Fellowship award recipients will be notified with an official letter via email.
